Golfito Costa Rica Fishing

Golfito Costa Rica Fishing

Welcome to Golfito! On your way to Costa Rica and looking for more fun things to do? Golfito offers beautiful views and even better fishing and marine tour opportunities. If you book a trip with us, we can guarantee that you’re going to have more fun than sitting in the sand. We offer fishing trips and marine eco-tourism. Our tours include the boat, an experienced captain, any required equipment, and soft drinks/snacks for the duration of the trip (up to 10 hours and a maximum of 4 passengers).

Captain Robin Blanco started in the fishing world as a young man when he took part in the Golfito family business. It grew in him a passion for life on the sea, especially in sport fishing. Captain Robin was awarded with a World Angling Record for a catch of the heaviest Roosterfish (21.3 kg / 47 lb 0 oz) in an approved line class category (Tippet M-10 kg / 20 lb) by the International Game Fish Association.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Captain Robin Blanco is a great choice to lead your next fishing trip. If you prefer a more laid back experience, he is knowledgeable of the gulf’s best places for seeking out great views or the perfect spots for whale and dolphin watching.
